Protect Your Comfort With an HVAC Maintenance Plan

Your heating and cooling systems are major investments. And just like your other major purchases—such as your house and car—they need regular maintenance to run properly. That’s where the Bryant® experts at River City Heating & Air Conditioning can help you. We offer HVAC maintenance plans that can help you get the most out of your system—and save money in the process. Learn more about our plans below and call us when you’re ready to sign up.

Why Should I Sign Up for an HVAC Maintenance Plan?

By signing up for one of our plans, you’re signing up for peace of mind. Our technicians will come out once a year to inspect, clean, and tune your heating and cooling systems. This can help ensure top performance, eliminate unexpected repair bills, and prolong the life of your equipment. It will even help improve energy efficiency, meaning lower utility bills every month. And those are just the advantages of service without our plan—with our plan, you get so much more.

5 Incredible Benefits of Our HVAC Maintenance Plans

  • Priority Service

By signing up, you become a Priority Service Customer, meaning you don’t have to wait for service. We’ll get you in and out right away.

  • No After-Hours or Emergency Fees

Furnaces and A/Cs often break down at the worst possible times—like in the middle of the night. When you have a maintenance plan, you won’t have to pay any emergency or after-hours fees.

  • Automatic Scheduling

Forget to make a maintenance appointment? Don’t sweat it. We’ll call you to set up your next service call.

  • Automatic Yearly Renewal

There’s no subscription to our plan that you have to renew or sign up for every year. The plan is yours to take advantage of until you cancel.

  • Two-Year Price Guarantee

There are no surprise fees or price hikes. You’ll get exactly what you signed up for without any hassle.

Note: For customers with multiple complete systems in their home, any preventive maintenance performed on additional equipment will receive a 20-percent discount.
