- Replacement of standard one-inch filter
- Clean internal condensate trap
- Inspect and clean flame sensor

- Operate AC system
- Verify all electrical components operate within manufacturer’s specifications
- Check refrigerant charge
Inspection: ($75)
- Inspect condensing coils of outdoor unit, recommend cleaning if necessary
- Inspect indoor evaporator coil, recommend cleaning if necessary
- Inspect drain pan for sludge buildup, recommend cleaning if necessary
- Inspect blower assembly, recommend cleaning if necessary
- Check condition of filter, recommend replacement if necessary
- Operate AC system
- Verify all electrical components operate within manufacturer’s specifications
- Record and report any irregularities
Standard Cleaning: ($175)
- Replacement of standard one-inch air filter
- Replacement of oil filter at tank
- Removal of oil delivery and ignition assembly
- Replacement of oil nozzle in assembly
- Cleaning of spark electrode rods, recommend replacement if necessary
- Cleaning of any residual oil in oil pump enclosure
- Vacuum cabinet
- Inspect blower assembly, recommend additional cleaning if necessary
- Operate furnace
- Verify all electrical components operate within manufacturer’s specifications
- Perform smoke test on exhaust flue, adjust air-to-fuel ratio to correct if needed
- Record and report any irregularities
Standard Cleaning: ($145)
- Remove and clean burners
- If system has pilot, remove and clean pilot assembly
- Replace thermocouple if installed
- If system has hot surface ignition, test resistance of ignitor and replace if needed
- Clean flame sensor if installed
- Vacuum cabinet
- Add lubricating oil to pump if needed
- Operate system
- Verify all electrical components operate within manufacturer’s specifications
- Record and report any irregularities

- Clean blower wheel at indoor unit
- Wash and dry air filters at indoor unit
- Clean indoor coil with biodegradable no-rinse cleaner
